We understand that when things go wrong it’s frustrating, and our aim is to have your controller fixed and back to as soon as possible.
We offer a 6 MONTH warranty for any faults with your new controller. If you have come across an issue with your controller within SIX months, please contact us using the below form. We will cover all shipping and necessary repairs.
We will provide you with a return shipping label, you must print the return label, package your controller, attach the label and drop off at any Australia Post outlet.
For us to be able to diagnose the issue, the fault must be able to be replicated. If we cannot replicate the fault described, we may request additional information. If we are unable to replicate the fault, we cannot complete a repair.
In some cases we may need to order a part to complete your repair, should this occur we will contact you.
- For a period of no longer than 6 months from purchase date, we will cover the cost of any repair relating to internal build options listed below.

What’s not covered?
- General wear and tear including chipping and scratching due to use
- Any physical damage caused by misuse inclusive of accidental damage
- Any foreign object damage, including liquid, food and pet hair
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
Warranty only applies to the original purchasing customer and is non-transferable.
Any returns outside of the standard 6 month warranty, or faults caused by misuse, incurs a repair fee of $50, in addition to costs associated with replacement parts.
Return shipping for Out of Warranty repairs is the responsibility of the customer; ie: you organise to ship your controller to us. We suggest popping into your local Australia Post outlet. Delivery address will be provided to you after return request is received.
Any repair cost will be communicated to you prior to repair for approval.
